Project: Website Redesign
The Challenge: César, a Berkeley, California based tapas bar, recently opened a new location on Piedmont Avenue in Oakland but the old web site design didn't allow for an easy way to express this new venture. Our challenge was to incorporate this new part of their business while providing an friendly user experience.
The Process: First we determined that every aspect of César's business needed equal weight. The designs focused on providing three distinct areas that still felt tied together. Next we incorporated a new color scheme to better match a recent change in identity. Then we simplified the overall layout so that information was easy to find and read while still visually appealing.
The Results: César now has an up to date web site that properly reflects all aspects of their business while providing their customers with information they need.
